For bakeries, restaurants and cloud kitchens
Bakery & restaurant website in India —
with online ordering, built by talking to Genni
A menu people can actually read on a phone, photos that fit, your timings and a WhatsApp number that answers — and when you're ready, a store that takes the order and the UPI payment into your own account.
Say it in தமிழ், తెలుగు, മലയാളം, हिन्दी or English — in your own script, in Roman letters, or out loud with the mic.
Sounds familiar?
Running a kitchen shouldn't mean running a helpdesk
The orders, the menu questions and the “are you open today?” messages all have one answer: a page of your own.
-
Orders arrive at 11pm with no address
A store that asks for the delivery address, the date and the payment before the order reaches you — so a cake order is a cake order, not a conversation.
-
Marketplaces take a share of every plate
On your own site the money goes to your UPI ID or your Razorpay account. GenWeb charges a flat monthly price and no commission on what you sell.
-
Your menu online is a photo of a photo
A menu page with sections, prices and photos that fit — and a change to one price costs ₹15 in the chat, not a reprint.
What you get
What Genni builds for a bakery or restaurant
Tell her the specials, the hours and how orders work. She writes it up and leaves out anything you didn't say.
- A home page — what you make, today's highlights, your hours and a WhatsApp number that opens a chat.
- A menu page — sections, prices and photos, laid out to be read on a phone in a queue.
- Directions and hours — the map pin and the opening hours from your Google listing, so they match.
- A gallery — the counter, the kitchen, the cakes — your photos, placed properly.
- An enquiry form — bulk orders and event bookings land in one list and in your email.
- Your own address — on genweb.in, or on a .com of your own at our lowest price on the annual plan.
Online store, built in
Switch on the online store and the same site sells: products with photos, sizes and stock, a cart and a checkout. Customers pay by UPI, card or cash on delivery straight into your account; delivery charges by PIN code or local pickup; GST invoices and coupons included. GenWeb takes no commission. Everything the store does.
What it costs
Free to build. ₹500 a year to go live.
Genni builds your first home page free, and you can look at it for as long as you like. Publishing is ₹500 a year on a genweb.in address, or ₹3,000 a year for up to eight pages on your own domain — ₹300 a month if you'd rather spread it. Every plan includes credits for changes; beyond those an edit is ₹15 and an extra page is ₹40.
The online store add-on is billed with your plan: ₹3,000 a year, or ₹250 a month on the monthly plan. You set the whole shop up free while you build and pay for it when you publish.
Seven days to change your mind
Pay for a plan and, if the site doesn't work as described, tell us within seven days and we refund the term in full. After that, the unused part of an annual term on request. The refund policy.
After you go live: Grow
See what's bringing customers in
Every live site counts its visits and where they came from — Google, Instagram, WhatsApp, an ad — and which of them sent an enquiry or ordered. We register it with Google Search for you. When you ask, Genni writes your posts and posters in your language, and the Grow add-on sends you a report every Monday.

Questions kitchens ask
Do customers pay me directly?
Yes. Payments go to your own UPI ID, or to your own Razorpay account for cards and netbanking, or you take cash on delivery. GenWeb never holds your money and takes no commission on sales.
Can I take orders for pickup only?
Yes. Delivery is a setting: charge by PIN code or state, offer local pickup only, or use live courier rates through Shiprocket. You can also set a minimum order value.
What if I only want a menu, not online ordering?
Then leave the store off. The menu page, hours, gallery and WhatsApp button are part of the ordinary site. You can add the store to your plan later: setting it up is free, and you pay only for the rest of the plan's current term.
Tell Genni about your kitchen
Three questions, about a minute. You'll see the site before you decide anything.
Rather not do it yourself? One of our developers will call you and set the whole site up for you — free. You only pay the plan when you publish.
