Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Digital Services

GenWeb provides digital services (Website Generation and Hosting). Due to the nature of digital content, we have specific refund guidelines.

2. Refunds for Website Generation (₹200)

If the AI fails to generate a website or if the service is technically non-functional, a full refund will be issued if reported within 24 hours. Refunds are not issued for "change of mind" once the website has been generated.

3. Refunds for Hosting (₹2000)

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for our hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with the hosting performance, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. The cost of the domain name registration (if applicable) is non-refundable as it is paid to third-party registrars.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
