Be findable by tomorrow — for shops, clinics and workshops across India
Meet Genni.
Your team, in one chat.
Your developer, your designer, your digital marketer and your assistant. Tell her
about your shop, clinic or workshop and she builds the website and the online store,
makes them look like yours, writes your posts and keeps an eye on what brings
customers in — on the web, in the GenWeb app or on WhatsApp.
Building the website, making it look right, getting people to it and keeping it up to
date are four different jobs. Genni does all of them — and you only ever talk to her.
Genni is your developer
She builds it while you watch
Tell her what your business does and she builds the website — your pages, an enquiry
form that reaches your phone, appointment requests — and, when you want to sell, an
online store with products, a cart and a UPI checkout. She starts from your Google
Maps listing, hosts it all, and moves it to your own domain when you're ready.
Add a page for our catering menu.
Done — it's in your menu bar, with the three packages and their prices.
A look that suits your trade, words that sound like you, your own photos, and right on
a phone. For social media, posters from your photos with your words set properly in
your own script.
She counts who visits and where they came from, gets your site on Google and tells you
what to fix. She writes your posts, plans the month around your festivals and drafts
your ads.
Rolling out
Posting at your time, your Instagram and Facebook numbers, and ads on your own account
— set up paused, started only by you.
Most things you'd do in a dashboard, you can simply ask for — on the web, in the
GenWeb app or on WhatsApp, typed or said out loud, in your language.
Change masala chai to ₹30.
We're closed for Pongal on the 15th.
Add the new chocolate cake, ₹650.
Any new enquiries today?
How did last week go?
On the web
In the GenWeb app
On WhatsApp
Type it, or tap the mic and say it.
And she's on your side
Genni knows your business and speaks your language. She's there at 11 at night when
you remember a price has changed, tells you plainly what's working and what isn't,
and never posts or spends a rupee without you. And when you'd rather talk to a
person, our team is on WhatsApp too.
How it works
Three steps, and you can stop after any of them
Nothing is charged until you publish.
1
Describe the business
Three questions in the box above — what it's called, what you do, where you are. In
your own words, in your own language.
2
Watch Genni build it
She asks a few more things, finds you on Google Maps, and builds your home page while
you watch. Your first one is free.
3
Change it by asking, then publish
"Make the phone number bigger." "Add a Diwali offer." Say it, and it changes. Publish
when you're happy, from ₹500 a year.
No menus, no page builder, no dragging boxes around on a phone screen. The site changes
because you asked it to.
A real build, recorded in GenWeb and shortened — start to finish it took about two
minutes. The conversation here is in Tanglish, because that is what this owner had chosen.
Online store, built in
Don't just be found. Take the order.
Switch on the online store and the same website sells — products, a cart and a
checkout. Customers pay by UPI, card or cash on delivery, the money goes into your own
account, and GenWeb takes no commission.
Tell Genni what you sell
Products, prices, sizes, stock and photos, added in the same chat that built your
site.
UPI straight to you
Your own UPI ID, or cards and netbanking through your Razorpay. Cash on delivery
too.
Delivery sorted
Charges by PIN code or state, pickup from your shop, or Shiprocket courier rates.
Runs like a real shop
GST invoices, coupons, reviews and customer accounts, in your site's own style.
Your week at Aruna Bakes: 412 visits, 9 enquiries, 4
orders. Most came from Google. Deepavali is on Friday — 2 posts are ready.

Grow, built in
Know what's working. Do more of it.
Once your site is live, Grow shows you who visits it and where they came from —
Google, Instagram, WhatsApp, an ad — and which of them sent an enquiry or ordered.
Then Genni does the routine marketing: posts in your language, posters from your own
photos, ad text ready to run, and a report every Monday.
Where customers come from
Visits, enquiries and orders by source, counted without cookies. Free on every
live site.
On Google, sorted
We register your site with Google Search and suggest what to fix. Also free.
Posts around your festivals
A post for 5 credits, a month planned around the festivals where you are for 25.
A report every Monday
How the week went and what's coming, in the app, by email and on WhatsApp.
The thing GenWeb replaces isn't Wix. It's the ₹500 you pay someone every time a price
changes.

Seven days to change your mind
Pay for a plan and, if the site doesn't work as described, tell us within seven days and we
refund the term in full. After that, the unused part of an annual term on request.

If you'd rather not
Rather we build it for you?
Most people who put off a website aren't short of time. They're worried they'll get
stuck halfway and have a half-finished thing with their name on it.
So leave your number. One of our developers will call you, ask about your business —
your photos, your prices, your timings — and set the whole website up for you. The
call and the setup are free, and there's no upsell at the end of it. When you're happy
with it, you publish on the normal plan, same as everyone.
Leave a number and a time that suits. A developer calls and builds it for you.
Got it — one of our developers will call you. If it's urgent, WhatsApp is faster.
That didn't send. Please WhatsApp or call +91 77082 80410 instead.

Questions people ask
What if the site has the wrong details on it?
Tell Genni and she'll fix it while you're there. She will also never invent a phone
number or an address to fill a gap — anything she isn't sure of is left for you to
confirm before the site goes live. A site with a made-up number on it is worse than
no site.
Can you just do it for me?
Yes.
Leave your number
and one of our developers will call you, ask about your business — your photos, your
prices, your timings — and set the website up for you. We don't charge for that; you
only pay the plan when you publish.
What does it really cost?
Building your first site is free, and so is looking at it. Publishing costs ₹500 a
year for one page on a genweb.in address, or ₹3,000 a year for up to eight pages on
your own domain — with the domain at our lowest price. There's a monthly option at
₹300. Every plan comes with credits for changes; beyond those, an edit is ₹15 and a
page is ₹40.
It's all on one page.
Can I sell online from my site?
Yes, with the online store add-on, billed with your plan: ₹3,000 a year, or ₹250 a
month on the monthly plan. It puts products, a cart and a checkout on your site;
customers pay by UPI, card or cash on delivery into your own account, and we take no
commission. You can set the whole shop up free while you build.
Here's everything it does.
What does Grow do?
It's the marketing side of GenWeb, for once your site is live. Every live site gets
the basics free: visits and where they came from, enquiries and orders by source,
and your site on Google with suggestions to fix. Genni writes posts, month plans,
posters and ad text for credits, and the Grow add-on adds 300 Grow credits a month
and a report every Monday — ₹299 a month or ₹2,999 a year, or included in the
Business plan.
Here's everything it does.
Can Grow promise me more enquiries?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. Nobody can promise rankings, enquiries or sales.
Grow shows you plainly which channels bring visits, enquiries and orders, and does
the routine work, so your time and money go where they work. Nothing is posted and
nothing is spent without you.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. If you can describe your business to a customer, you can describe it to Genni.
There's nothing to install, no hosting to set up and no plugins to keep updated.
Can I use a domain I already own?
Yes — point it at us and we'll set up the certificate. Or buy one through us and
we'll wire it up for you.
What happens if I stop paying?
The site stops being served and we tell you before that happens, not after. A domain
registered through us stays yours. See the
refund policy
for the details.
