1. How to delete it
In the GenWeb app, open More → Settings → Delete account. On the web, sign in at app.genweb.in/settings and use Delete account at the bottom of the page. Either way you type DELETE to confirm, and the account is deleted straight away.
Can't sign in? Email [email protected] from the address on the account, or WhatsApp +91 77082 80410 from its number, and we will delete it for you within seven days.
2. What is deleted
Your websites and everything in them: pages, photos, products, orders, customers, enquiries and your chats with Genni. Your name, email address and phone number. The phones you used the app on, and anything we were going to send you. Any autopay mandate is cancelled first, so nothing is charged again.
Unused credits are lost, and a deleted account can't be brought back.
3. What we have to keep
Records of payments you made to us and the invoices for them, which Indian tax law requires us to keep for eight years. They are kept without your name or contact details.
A domain you bought through us stays registered to you until it expires — a registration can't be undone — and will not renew.
